The Quarter Beef package is a favorite among repeat customers, but be warned—many say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you’ll have your very own “freezer aisle” right at home, stocked with a variety of premium beef cuts. This option requires about 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space and will feed a family of four for about 3-6 months.

 

Two Payments: A down payment of $600 & a $1,900 estimated final payment. Pay the deposit upon purchase to reserve your portion and your invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you before shipment. Once your final payment has been received, your order will be shipped!

With a quarter beef order, you will receive 100-120 lbs of premium packaged beef. Each order will be made up of an estimated assortment of the following: 

  • 25% Steaks: Rib steaks, T-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top round, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, and cube steaks

  • 35% Savory Cuts & Roasts: Chuck, sirloin tip, arm, and rump roasts, brisket, short ribs

  • 40% Premium Ground Beef 

 

How it works:

First orders placed will be the first orders shipped—don’t wait!

  1. Place a 30% deposit on an Quarter Beef (100 - 120 lbs) 
  2. Choose to pick it up from our USDA facility in Norfolk, Nebraska OR have it SHIPPED FOR FREE! We will notify you and keep you updated every step of the way!
  3. We continue to raise your beef for you on our lush
    pastures of North Central Nebraska and keep you involved every step of the 
    way by giving you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in.
  4. Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14-21 days which makes for 
    amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to our 
    warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and schedule your 
    pickup or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping
  5. THAT'S IT! YOU'RE READY TO SUPPORT LOCAL RANCHING AND ENJOY RANCH RAISED AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF! WE WILL KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! 

 

Receiving Your Beef:

  • You will get your final invoice when your beef is ready to ship.

  • Your beef will come in approximately 2 easy-to-handle boxes.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they help us plan the purchase, care, and processing of your cow just for you. We truly appreciate your understanding and want to reassure you that, if needed, deposits can be transferred to someone else. Thank you for trusting us to raise your beef!
