 The Eighth Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've never bought bulk beef before. But warning! Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you will have your own little grocery store "freezer" section right at home. This option requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.

Estimated weight of 50-60 lbs of packaged beef.

• 25% steaks: rib steaks, t-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks
• 35% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% premium ground beef
