WHAT'S INCLUDED:
15lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (5-6) individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 9-10lbs pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?

We expect deliveries to be ready to ship the following Monday of placing your order.  We are on a first come first serve basis, so this all depends on your order date.

1/8 Beef (roughly 45 pounds) is the ideal size for trying out a variety of cuts or topping off current meat supply (no chest freezer needed!). If you're not a heavy meat eater, this bundle allows you to experience the flavor of our beef. Just a heads-up, you might find yourself wishing you had ordered more.

All of our beef is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness for the long term. A 1/8 Beef will fit in a 1.5 cubic ft freezer- like the one attached to your kitchen fridge- and provides enough for one person to enjoy 2 meals per week for about 12 months. With servings as low as $3.75 each, it's a great way to stock up!

Our processing dates are scheduled throughout March/April, beef will dry-age for a minimum of 21 days to ensure the best flavor! We expect deliveries to be ready early February. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping/pickup date that works best for you.

Our beef is vacuum sealed to ensure long lasting freshness. A 1/4 beef share will fit comfortably in a 3-4 cubic foot freezer, offering a variety of cuts to enjoy.
